Kris was brave compared to how I would have been! Is that common, bats in your house?
Thank you Jen! For the record (to the rest of you...), I wasn't "scared" in the same way I would be if say there had been a tiger in the kitchen. I think "startled" is more appropriate. You just don't expect to walk into your kitchen and see a bat swooping down in front of you. Besides, I was unarmed at the time.
